Our physical store and our warehouse are located in Parikia, Paros Island, Greece, and all orders are sent exclusively via Courier to your place, picked up from the nearest Courier store.

Your registration at locusparos.com is not necessary to proceed with ordering a product. Just follow the procedure by clicking on the ‘Cart’ located on the top right and then ‘Complete the Order’ located on the right, at the bottom of the page, then fill in the necessary personal information to send your order without ticking the “Create an account” check-box.

You can register to save your data to proceed with product ordering and for your future purchases. Just check the “Create an account” box and become a member of locusparos.com. Through the pages of your account, you will be able to modify your personal information, see your previous orders and be led to your shopping cart. In case you forgot your password or username, click on “Forgot your password?”

To order the product you want, you have the following options:

  • Place your order through our main e-shop page, or through our other pages filtering our jewellery by various categories. Select the product(s) of your choice and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have completed your purchase(s), go to your shopping cart to complete your order.
  • Call the customer service of our store at +30.697.665.7474 (also WhatsApp number) to resolve any issue you may have. You can also place an order by giving the code (SKU) of the product you want.
  • You can also place an order via e-mail at e-shop[at]locusparos[dot]com.

Locusparos.com will notify you by e-mail and by phone about the progress of your order (order received, payment received, product shipping, etc.)

The order can be cancelled in the following cases:
Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can “go back” and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “remove” button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call +30.697.665.7474 (also with WhatsApp) and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order. After receiving the product, call us at +30.697.665.7474 (and with WhatsApp) or contact us through the contact form of the website, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options.
